Service and Repair Agreement

In-Store Repairs

In-Store Assessment: A $50.00 fee applies to all in-store repair requests, covering the first 30 minutes of labor.

Labor Rates: After the initial 30 minutes, labor is billed at $80.00/hour, calculated in 15-minute intervals ($20.00 per 15-minute block).

Labor Warranty: All labor performed by T-Town Mobility is guaranteed for 30 days.

Note: All repairs are subject to the cost of parts, taxes, and any additional labor required as outlined in the Service Policies.

Field Service Calls

Base Fee: $109.00 for Tulsa city limits; rates increase for locations outside of Tulsa.

Return Trips: Return trips are charged at 50% of the original call-out fee.

Note: Complex projects or major repairs during a return trip may be subject to standard hourly labor rates.

Additional Costs: Field services are subject to the cost of parts and applicable taxes.

Customer Responsibility & Liability

The customer acknowledges that the use of mobility equipment involves inherent risks and agrees to hold T-Town Mobility, its owners, and employees harmless from any liability, injury, or physical damage arising from the use or maintenance of the serviced equipment.

We ask that repaired equipment must be picked up within three (3) days of notification of completion.

The customer authorizes T-Town Mobility to charge for all costs incurred, including parts, labor, and service fees. All repairs must be paid in full upon completion.
